Information you provide

We may receive your name, shop name, email address, phone number, vendor names, repair-order exports, vendor statements, return records, credit memos, and other information you choose to share.

How the information is used

Your information is used to review your request, communicate with you, perform the agreed parts and core credit audit, prepare your report, and support vendor follow-up that you approve.

Records we do not request

We do not request bank credentials, payment-card credentials, or unrestricted access to your accounting or shop-management systems. Please do not send information that is not needed for the review.

Sharing and vendor contact

We do not sell your personal or business information. Audit records are not shared with a parts vendor unless you approve the specific follow-up. Service providers used to receive forms, store files, or process payments may handle information under their own privacy terms.

Retention and deletion

Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to complete the requested work, answer follow-up questions, and meet ordinary business or legal obligations. To request correction or deletion, email brian@partscreditworks.com.

Security

Reasonable steps are used to limit access to the information you provide. No method of online transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure, so share only the records needed for the agreed review.
